100 Calorie Breakfast Muffins

Recipe: 

1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 teff flour 
1/4 cup coconut flour 
1 tbsp coconut oil 
1 flax egg 
1/4 cup liquid sweetener 
1 cup plant milk (I used coconut)
1/4 tsp baking soda 
1 pinch of salt 
3/4 tsp vanilla 
1 banana 
1 handful of blueberries 
Cinnamon 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F or 177 C
Mix all ingredients
Bake for 20 minutes
DEVOUR them:)
