Meatless Meatballs & Avocado Pesto

Better than Meat Chickpea balls

This recipe is AMAZEBALLS!!! Seriously one of the best creations I have ever made in my entire life. I love them. My family loves them. They were devoured in seconds. Please, please, please try these the next time you are hungry–there will be no regrets, I promise! I actually like them much better than meatballs anyways;)

Recipe for Chickpea Balls:

1 carrot
2 celery sticks
1/3 cup(ish) of flour (cassava)
1 can of chickpeas
1-2 garlic cloves
LOTS of dried basil
Salt n' Peppa (sparingly)
*optional: 1/2 lemon & nutritional yeast*

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Blend all ingredients in food processor 
Bake for 40 min
Flip halfway 

Recipe for Avocado Pesto:
1 avocado 
1 bunch of basil 
1 lemon
A lil goat cheese
A lil olive oil
Salt n' Peppa

Directions:
Blend. 
Dip meatballs in sauce OR mix with spaghetti or pizza.
