But I don’t eat raw fish because of parasites, and I don’t usually eat rice… sooooo I decided to make my own health-ified version:
No more Mr. RICE guy sushi!
Ingredients: Seaweed Wraps Avocado Smoked Salmon Cucumber Kelp Noodles
Directions: Put all ingredients into seaweed wraps, roll, roll, roll! The trick is to roll, squeeze, roll, and squeeze. Cut with a serrated knife, dip into some coconut aminos, and enjoy!
