Chia seeds are superfoods.
They have calcium, iron, antioxidants, fiber, protein, and more! This pudding is absolutely amazing.
The seeds absorb the liquid to create a pudding texture–the best way to start the morning!
2 tbsp chia seeds
4ish tbsp plant milk
1-1/2 banana or liquid sweetener
Mix chia and milk together & let rest for a few minutes.
Top with toppings of choice!
(Blueberries, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, goji berries, and honey)
P.S. ANY excuse to have chocolate for breaky is a good one!
