This meal. was. amazing. times 1000. Seriously so good! I LOVE starting off my morning with veggies, healthy fats, and protein because it gives me energy for the day.
Salt n Peppa
Oil for stirfry
Mix beans and sweet potato in pan for a few minutes.
Then add greens and cucumber.
Top with avocado, cashews, and salt/pepper.
