Healthy & Homemade Protein-PACKED Bars

My roomates devoured these! I made these on a whim. No recipe. Simply an idea in my head. And they turned out to be one of my favorite treats I have ever made!

*You’ll notice there are no measurements here. I encourage you to be playful in the kitchen! If you like it more nutty, add more peanut butter. If you have a massive sweet-tooth (like me), add more sweetener!*

*Protein bars should be formable before placing in oven*



Brown rice puffed cereal (I got mine from Whole Foods)
Agave nectar + Maple Syrup
Coconut Sugar
Nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter & sunflower seed butter)
Chopped nuts (I used walnuts + cashews)
Optional add-ins: cranberries, chocolate chips, coconut flakes

Cacao powder
Maple syrup/honey/agave nectar
Coconut sugar
Coconut oil

*Add as much or as little of all these ingredients based on your

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix crispy incredients together and form into shapes of choice. 
(I did fat rectangles)
Bake for approximately 20 minutes 
(More or less depending on how crispy & crunchy you want)
Top with ganache & get ready for one of the best treats of your life!
