Who doesn’t love fries? But every time I eat them at a restaurant, I never feel great afterward because of all the oil and processed gunk they use to make them!
Soooooo below is my go-to sweet potato fry recipe for those healthy weeknight dinners:)
As many sweet potatoes as you want!
Salt & pepper
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
Cut potatoes into fry pieces (or any shapes of your choosing)
Drizzle or spray with coconut oil, salt, and pepper
Mix around in sheet pan
Put in oven for around 30min
Walla! You have your healthy, delicious fries:)
