Every time I try this cheese, I’m shocked as to why I don’t make it more often! It’s SO easy and SO delicious.
Ingredients for cheese:
1 cup of soaked cashews
1 cup of water
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 lemon juice
Salt n' Peppa
Ingredients for kelp salad:
Spiralized zucchini, carrots, and sweet potato
After soaking the cashews overnight (or boiling them for 10min),
blend all ingredients.
If you want to thicken the cheese, heat in a pan for a few minutes.
*The longer you heat the cheese, the thicker it will become.
Mix with kelp salad mixture and enjoy!
