Moist and Scrumptious Chocolate Cupcakes that Keep You Healthy

Cupcake Recipe:
4 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce (to make extra moist)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 to 4 tablespoons plant milk 
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt

(can sub chocolate chips in frosting for extra dates or cocoa)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook for EXACTLY 25 minutes. No more and no less!
Frost to your delight;)
