Paleo Pumpkin Bars Galore!

I made pumpkin bars for a Thanksgiving potluck, and boy oh boy did these things go fast! Because they were such a hit, and they are healthy/paleo, I’m sharing them with you:)

1.5 cups almond flour
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Trader Joe's pumpkin spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 F for around 30 minutes
(until you can stick a fork through the middle 
and it comes out clean.)
