To be honest, this is usually my breakfast. It has healthy nutrients and protein and fats to fuel me for the whole day. On top of that, it’s paleo, gluten-free, vegetarian, and deliciously healthy:)
Kind of nervous to give one of my favorite recipes of all time to the world… but here it goes!
Recipe: 1-2 Siete Foods Paleo Tortillas (or any other tortilla) 1 slice of sliced goat cheese (I use Trader Joe's) Nutritional yeast Leafy greens/veggies of choice *Optional=avocado, & Siete Foods tortilla chips Directions: (very specific method!) Spray some oil in a pan (I usually use avocado oil) Place the tortilla in the pan for 1 minute with the goat cheese on top face up Put cover over pan so cheese can melt with steam After about 1 minute, fold the tortilla over and cook on each side for an additional 20-30seconds. Take the tortilla out of pan and put on plate. Place veggies in pan and stirfry for 30 seconds with nutritional yeast. Serve on plate and enjoy!
