Have left-over pancake mix? (Of course you do!)
Here’s what to do with it: I used Birch Bender’s Paleo Pancake mix for this recipe. However, you can use any pancake mix or flour mix!
1/4 Coconut butter or Oil 2 Cups Pancake-Mix (I used Birch Benders)
1 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
3/4 Cup Almond Milk (or any milk)
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
*Optional: 1/4 Cup Nut-butter & Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until fork comes out clean!

*PRO TIP: To make frosting look fancy, put ganache in a
plastic bag and cut the tip. Then, swirl on with a design of your choice!
