1 can black beans
1 sweet potato (I used purple)
2 to 4 tbsp fresh herbs of choice (thyme, rosemary, basil, etc.)
Pinch of salt & pepper
1/3 cup cassava flour
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp flax egg + 2 tbsp hemp (*optional)
Warm up sweet potato in microwave for 7 minutes.
Mash beans and sweet potato.
Mix flax & hemp seeds in 8 tbsp of water, once combined add to mix.
Add rest of ingredients.
Form burger patties and cook in a pan on both sides for 5 minutes.
