I hope these delicious Christmas treats bring you joy and health!
Chewy, ooey & gooey, and still easy to decorate!
I brought these to a holiday cookie decorating party…
Everyone at the party wouldn’t stop talking about how good they were! These healthy cookies were gone within SECONDS.
Recipe: 1 1/2 cups almond meal 1/4 cup tapioca flour 1 tablespoon coconut oil 6 tablespoons maple syrup 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of sea salt Directions: After making the dough, this recipe works best if you chill it in thefridge for 30 minutes to an hour. Then roll out dough until it is flat, and cut the cookies with the cookie cutters OR make into balls and flatten out on sheet for circle cookies. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 10 minutes (depending on how big your cookie cutters are)
As for the icing, you can find my healthy frosting recipe HERE.
And as always, have a #perfectdayonpurpose:)
