Sweet Potato Brownies {Paleo & Vegan}

I have been yearning to make sweet potato-filled brownies for a while now.

I can firmly say that these healthy bunches taste like…

chocolate,

caramel-filled

goodness.

Recipe:
About 2 medium sweet potatoes
1 cup of nut-butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup coconut sugar
2 to 4 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Directions:
Warm up sweet potatoes, take off skin, and mash the insides.
Mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle extra coconut sugar and chocolate chips on top of batter.
Bake at 350 degrees Faherenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.

These are so good and healthy, have these for breakfast for goodness-sakes! Oh! Annndd have a #perfectdayonpurpose:)
