No-Guilt Paleo Pizza

As someone who is allergic to gluten, I’m always getting thin crust, thin crust, thin crust…

I finally said NO

MORE

THIN

CRUST.

So here it is: My family actually prefers this pizza over any other typical, dairy, grain-filled pizza!

I mean… that dough consistency though!


And of course, Jasper wanted some too:)

Recipe: (makes 1 pizza)
3/4 cup cassava flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 egg (or vegan flax egg)
1/4 cup oil (olive, avocado🥑, coconut... you choose!)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
(Could put in fridge overnight to rise, too).
Bake crust at 425 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Add toppings of choice and bake for another 10 minutes.

Vualla! You've got your delicious pizza.
