Quick n’ Paleo Fudge

I finally refined this recipe to be perfectly fudgy. It’s gluten free, refined sugar-free, paleo, AND vegan (like most other recipes on this site).

1.5 cups medjool dates
4 tablespoons nut butter
6 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp of salt
*Optional: 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
*Optional: heat 1/4 cup coconut sugar with 2 tbsp of water until syrupy & pore on top of fudge in pan for caramel layer.

Blend dates in a food processor.
Add rest of ingredients.
Put in freezer for at least 20 minutes to cool. Cut up and enjoy!
