Paleo Caesar Salad

I know it can be hard to find those healthy substitutes for junk food, but I know this is an AMAZING option that will make you prefer this salad over any other.


Chopped up greens of choice (I used lettuce and kale)
1 to 2 tbsp of Tahini + 1/2 lemon juice + salt-to-taste (dressing)
Simple Mills paleo crackers
Nutritional yeast

Mix dressing together and pore over salad mixture. Vualla! A perfectly paleo, gluten free, cesar salad:)
