I went out to brunch with some girls after a 5-mile run. We all ordered giant breakfast plates, and jam came with our gluten-free bread.
It was so good that I decided to make some… and I can say this recipe tastes even better than the restaurant!
2 to 3 cups of mixed berries
(I used blueberries and raspberries)
2 to 4 tbsp of coconut sugar
(Can also use honey or maple syrup)
Warm all ingredients up in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Mash or blend, store in a container in the fridge, and enjoy!
