Moist Banana-Blueberry Muffins

These have 7 grams of protein and around 150 calories per muffins… and they are delicious!

Recipe:
1.25 cups almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt for flavor
1/4 cup egg whites (optional)

Directions:
Mix and bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 25 minutes
