They are scrumptiously delicious and need to be made ASAP.
Recipe and directions: Crust: 1 cup hazelnuts 2 dates 1/2 cup @pb2foods or 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup liquid sweetener (agave nectar, maple syrup, honey...) 1/2 cup almond flour Blend until combined Press down in a square pan. Freeze while making filling. Filling: 2-3 frozen bananas 1 cup cashews soaked overnight 1 cup yogurt (I used @so_delicious ) 1/3 cup liquid sweetener (agave nectar, maple syrup, honey...) Pinch of salt 1 tbsp vanilla 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp cinnamon Blend until combined. Pour ontop of crust and freeze while making topping. Topping: 1 melted chocolate bar to spread on top (I use Lily's Sweets!) Drizzle peanut butter on top Sprinkle cinnamon on top ==>Freeze for AT LEAST 5 hours. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
