Healthy Snickers Bites

Frozen, sweet, caramel goodness coming your way!
These were devoured in my family:)

Recipe:
1 banana
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions:
Cut banana into slices and freeze.
Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup together.
Put a dollop of this mixture on top of bananas.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
Coat banana bites in chocolate, and immediately add any other toppings like granola or coconut flakes.
Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!
