Salmon Marinade + Acorn Squash

THIS DELICIOUSNESS OF A MEAL will leave you energized and your taste buds dancing with glee!

Salmon with marinade:

4 tbsp olive oil 

2 tbsp honey 

2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

1/2 tsp salt & pepper

2 cloves of minced garlic 

Dried herbs.. I used Italian seasonings but parsley and thyme work too!

Soak the marinade the salmon for 30 minutes to 6 hours in a bag. Then bake or fry salmon at 450F for 12-15 minutes.

Acorn squash:

Chop up squash, potatoes, or whatever other veggies you would like!

Spray with oil (I love coconut oil) and sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes, until you can stick a fork through.
